I had a chance to go to Cheroi Beach last month. The most beautiful beach that i have ever seen in my life. Most of the foreigners who came to india for tourism purposes will definetly wont miss Cheroi Beach. The highlight about the beach is the services provided by the hotel peoples at the sea shore bay such as oil massages, herbal massages etc.. They also provide enough facilities for taking sun bath. Adventure boating is also available and that is fabulous.
We spend enough time in the beach and we slowly moved in the evening hours to Allepey boat house. They have unlimited boating hours in their cards even throughout the night. The boating peoples even sending a chef with us to cook whichever the dishes we love and choose from the menu. Television with Disc and a Nice bed room make the boat a wooden Villas on the water. We enjoyed the night hours on the middle of the ocean in the moon light taking a glass of wine with fish, the most unforgettable moments in our life.

Hi Friends,
The heading shows the description about the book. The author of the book is Madan, an editor and a Famous cartoonist. Entire book is about the Serial Killers all around the world. I never like reading horror stories, but when i started reading the book it does describe about mindset or mentality of killers that made me to read the book till the end.
Madan has an interesting statistics about America. Actually i don't have the current statistics and the last edition of book was around 2006. The stat that in the last two decades in America, about 4 crore people have died in rape, violence and assassination. For every 22 seconds, a person dies of violence. Among the world's total population, about 75% of the serial killers are living in the United States of America. American FBI gives the report that still 500 killers needs to be arrested. American FBI have all the latest technology equipments in the world and so far, they have arrested only 150 peoples. An American report says a kid before attaining the age of 18, have chances of seeing about 40,000 murders in Television.
After reading all this reports, I feel other countries are comparatively far better than America. The chapter of the book starts with the famous Killer Jeffrey Dahmer. It does describe how he killed, cooked, and sometimes eaten some parts of human. Author tells us about how he got arrested, how he behaved, etc.. Once Jeffrey was taken to the court by Cops. He has sense of humor too. When he was brought to the court, a reporter asked him - "Which was the tastiest part of a human body"? Jeff replied casually "I like biceps". At the end of the case, the court gives him 15 Life time Imprisonment. But finally he was killed by his Jail mate. The second chapter was about a school teacher who has killed nearly 53 peoples in twelve years and got tapped finally.
I feel the subject of book is mixed with both horror and psycho behavior in every man. We can learn about psychology, but some chapters are too horror can push the readers to change in mind.

Recently i had a chance of reading the book named "Pleasant Experience of an Woman" Written by Priya. Its a Tamil Edition. First i thought it was pure adult content book written by a woman(!), but after reading that i realize that it was not purely of that type.
Throughout the book, she demonstrates and shares how she has made his husband get involved in sex with her. Actually, she have wrote in the previous edition about her husband who was not interested in sex. She continues with that hint in this book. She strongly recommends that it was a right for a woman to ask for extreme-satisfaction to her partner.
Priya does speak about several poets and their explanation of parts of an woman. She briefs that first she noted about the interests of her husband. She acted, she dressed, she cooperated accordingly to bring her man attached to her. She shares the tricks she followed and ask other women to follow the same.

Nutty-Dip with French Fries - Yummy

Today in the Afternoon we had a heavy meal and since of summer hot, we planned to take a Ice Cream after meal. I preferred Nutty-Dip with French Fries and My friend preferred Orange Jello Ice cream that was with dried grapes it seems.
Nutty-Dip was fascinating. I saw him preparing my order. He took a cup and filled the first layer with Vanilla Ice cream, I screamed that i asked for a chocolate flavor. He said to wait and he will give me the best taste. After filling the Vanilla, He took a bunch of Cashew Nuts and made the second layer. Then again over-coated it with vanilla but this time it was above the cup level but in a peak shape. Now comes my favorite Chocolate Flavor, which he had in a tin in sauce form. He applied thoroughly all around. Again filled it with cashews, Broken Pista, added some powder, Dipped with a French Fry. When i tasted it, i am half dead. It was delicious like anything. He bought only Rs. 40 in Indian Money. It was like my second Meal. My stomach is full and belly pushing front.
The thing is when u feel something very tasty, the real excitement of heart begins it seems. We see the world in a new way, if our heart refreshes in this type of things. It may happen in a Person you see, food u eat, dress u wear. Try something new and feel the difference. Happy Life journey...

The little flight that was used for detective work in the film 3 idiots was founded by Ankit Mehta. His age is 27 now. This non-passanger flight will fly approximately up to 300 meters high. It can fly in a speed of 70 Kilometers per Hour. Actually it was invented for the project in his college. Military peoples also liked to buy the flight. The other inventions of Ankit Mehta include Charger of cellphone by rubbing it in clothes or swinging it in hand.
Madhav Sawant of age 47 has invented plastic roofs that can observe the heat from the sun and exhibit the light inside the room. The cost of the roof is nearly Rs. 600 Square/Meter. It is coated with the paint that can emit brightness in night. By this, it can reduce cost of electricity. Once the roof has observed 8 hours of light, it can exhibit greenish(!) light to us for nearly 8 hours. Remarkably, the same was used in 3 idiots.

Whenever i gets time, i used to visit Mahadeshwara Temple shortly called as MM hills located in Karnataka. One of the famous temples of Karnataka for Lord Shiva. The temple lies on the top of river Palar in Tamilnadu. Palar River stands as an border for both states. Few months before, when i am on the way with my friends to the temple, i saw a foreigner holding a heavy shoulder bag and walking along the road of the hills. We stayed on the roadside for a little while and had a small chat with him. He introduced himself as Alastair Humphreys and a reporter from England. We asked him to sit on our motor cycle to travel until top of hills. He said he's involved in a 15 days walking trip from Bay of Bengal to Indian Ocean. After that, he will return to his country to write a book about his trip. I forgot about the chapter at the end of the day.
After few months, When i am searching for something in my bag last week, this visiting card caught into my hands. I got an interest of watching his website. He had an extraordinary camera that he have uploaded some high quality videos in his site, but he have written a little about his trip. I think he might have written the full cover story in his book. He has done lot of adventure trips and he remembers everything in his website. He is looking for sponsors to go around the world in bicycle. He stated in his site that Adventure is a state of mind.

We can see lot of BPO outsourcing centers all over India. When someone go near them, they will ask for a deposit to give jobs. Many types of schemes will be available according to their convenience. Once the person get a big amount of collection, he will disappear. Then all the depositors will move to the Police Station for giving complaints. A group will lead the case and give interviews in TV channels. Then after sometime, the next company arises in the market. The company may be different, but the process and result will be the same.
When i was in Coimbatore, i have noticed a person started his Data Entry office. Within a week, he buys his own costly Car without any loan. All happens in the money of the public. Government officials are advising the public only after the show time. Within the time frame, the escaped person manages to keep the collected money safe.
Slowly the awareness of internet earnings are reaching the public in India and everyone is finding their places to earn in net.

Thursday, May 27, 2010Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) is nothing but the back office works of a company that are outsourced to a other unit or the other company to limit their works. Basically it consists of two types - Inbound and Outbound. The parent company keeping its own unit separately at a place and sending their works to the other unit is called inbound. The second one is different, they are sending the work to some other company or some other unit and getting their jobs done is called outbound.
The reason behind this process is to be cost effective, can shrink the place, employees, salary, Investment and running expenses of the unit. Like countries like US, they are sending works to all around the world. India plays a major role in receiving jobs from US. Currency exchange does the trick. They have to spend more in their country currency if they process it in their country. By sending it to India, they are very economic and they are satisfied with their works done.
BPO's are further classified into two types - Voice and Nonvoice. Medical Transcription, Call Center, etc.. To keep it simple, the jobs that are done with headsets or MIC to know or process a information is called Voice BPOs. Form filling jobs, Real estate mortgage documentation etc.. whichever that doesn't need a MIC to process is called Nonvoice BPOs.
Due to recession and lay offs in US, now lot of unemployed peoples and poverty all around the US. The American President Obama has now declared that the allowances and benefits of outsourcing jobs will be given to the companies there itself if they give jobs to their country peoples. This statement made countries like India worry about the future of the industry. But major revenue of US is upon outsourcing only, if they suddenly stop the process, the country will be affected by Export revenues. Anyway, we believe that the bad time is over and we hope for the best in our (India's)part.

In my part i would say that happiness lies in the state of mind, most importantly at the moment. The real fact is that the pain in the heart begins when we think about the future, next second, or plan about something. Live the second. Live the moment. If you have the habit of smoking, take the Fag with a pleasure. Don't just plan about something while you smoke. Diffrentiate yourself between Thinking and Acting. Don't act while you plan. Don't plan while you act. Obviously, we will drink water, only after eating. We will miss the taste or involvement of one, if we try concentrate on either. The worst thing in too much of thinking is that we'll lose the present world. We may not be able to taste the tea infront of us, if we think about Tomorrow's Party.
Involvement breaks the fate, many of us unware. Center of gravity does have a power that fringes all over the world. Our body will attract and observe the earth's power every second. If we do something without involvement, we will lose the connectivity to center of gravity. Once we lose the connectivity, we are in the hands of destiny. Good News for all the Car Lovers. Maruti Launches its New Model Wagon R by today. The First model of Wagon R was launched in 2000. The redesigned new model was launched today (April 23, 2010) to the peoples. Maruti has invested some hundred crores from the company level for their R&D work and Nearly 300 crores invested by their suppliers to make it available in the market.
The vehicle can be only used with Gasoline. They haven't changed the old model, but they have made a complete redesign of the same and made much more comfortable for their customers whom would like to buy it. The vehicle is priced between 3.5 to 4 Lakhs on road. The Gas capacity comes at 60 litres and is fuel economic.
The problem with Wagon R old model is visibility of road while driving, interior space, and seating comfort. We hope they have rediscovered a vehicle sorting the old problems. Anyway, We will see how it performs on road...

Hi friends, today i come cross a site while browsing in the domain name of http://www.rajinikanth.com. It was very interesting and informative. The site tells us the Top to Bottom, history of the Superstar to the Current news about the star. It not only tells his views about the film industry, but also expresses about the personal life of the star. The site tells us about his career, how many films, superstar has acted so far and how many days the film has ran and even in which theater. It also has a theater database about the star.

After a Long tournament for nearly 45 days, Chennai Super Kings Lifted the Cup and proved themselves as a Champion in the final match held on April 25, 2010. Fans are celebrating as their team got a glorious victory in the thrilling finals. Chennai Super Kings were runners in Season 1. They were unable to reach finals in Season 2. This time they did it, obviously teams will be split up in the next season as players are put up on a three-year agreement.
Suresh Raina's unbeaten 57 helped team backing up a decent and competitive score. Chennai Super Kings scored 168 in the first batting(toss winners).
Captain's knock of 48 by Master Batsman, Sachin Tendulkar ends up in vain as the remaining unable to hold the grease and score until end. Mumbai Indians ends up 146 at the end of 20 overs with a wicket in hand.

Vijay anchored himself as a Fishermen in the film.

Sasi Tharoor, External Affairs Minister, unfortunately caught up in internal affairs. He was charged that he supported his Girlfriend Sunanda in getting her 70 crores of Private equity in Kochin IPL Team. During a One-to-one session with PM, Manmohan Singh, Tharoor was asked to quit his ministerial post. He resigned his post today in front of parliament members and PM has accepted his resignation. Congress planning to stay away from Tharoor in this issue completely said the spokesman.
