Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)

Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) is nothing but the back office works of a company that are outsourced to a other unit or the other company to limit their works. Basically it consists of two types - Inbound and Outbound. The parent company keeping its own unit separately at a place and sending their works to the other unit is called inbound. The second one is different, they are sending the work to some other company or some other unit and getting their jobs done is called outbound.

The reason behind this process is to be cost effective, can shrink the place, employees, salary, Investment and running expenses of the unit. Like countries like US, they are sending works to all around the world. India plays a major role in receiving jobs from US. Currency exchange does the trick. They have to spend more in their country currency if they process it in their country. By sending it to India, they are very economic and they are satisfied with their works done.

BPO's are further classified into two types - Voice and Nonvoice. Medical Transcription, Call Center, etc.. To keep it simple, the jobs that are done with headsets or MIC to know or process a information is called Voice BPOs. Form filling jobs, Real estate mortgage documentation etc.. whichever that doesn't need a MIC to process is called Nonvoice BPOs.

Due to recession and lay offs in US, now lot of unemployed peoples and poverty all around the US. The American President Obama has now declared that the allowances and benefits of outsourcing jobs will be given to the companies there itself if they give jobs to their country peoples. This statement made countries like India worry about the future of the industry. But major revenue of US is upon outsourcing only, if they suddenly stop the process, the country will be affected by Export revenues. Anyway, we believe that the bad time is over and we hope for the best in our (India's)part.

Advertising

Advertising is nothing but to make the public aware of Advertiser's product, promote their brand, and keep them buying for their use. This process might have started with Name Board, the most popular one and expanded to different categories according to their needs and capacity. The Newspaper and Magazine Advertisement is the second simplest way that brings information to the public about the products. Then comes the Television media that reaches the public more easier and more informative, easy to convey the advertiser's information to viewers place. From there, Advertiser started using Celebrities as brand ambassadors for their products, so that it attracts and reaches sooner to the public. Outdoor way to advertise includes Brochure distributions, Pamphlet, Notice, Fliers Distributions, conducting stalls in the place where peoples will gather in crowd, shows and events are ways advertiser use to promote their products.

Nowadays, everybody is using Internet and the Ad publishers started targeting public through internet. There are hundreds of way to advertise on net. The most popular types are Email Marketing, Marketing through Facebook, twitter, Google Adwords, publishing a banner, publishing a blog, Multi-level marketing, video-based illustration and the list goes on...

For the peoples whoever buying a new product directly or through online, check whether the company is good, product is worthy, and don't forget to check for the expiry date and manufacturing date of the product. Happy buying...

Keeping Yourself Happy

Hi Friends,

Let us discuss about Happiness in life. Everyone is with a question of Where lies the happiness? or what makes me happy? Many of us not aware of Happiness, is it a thing or state of mind. In my part i would say that happiness lies in the state of mind, most importantly at the moment. The real fact is that the pain in the heart begins when we think about the future, next second, or plan about something. Live the second. Live the moment. If you have the habit of smoking, take the Fag with a pleasure. Don't just plan about something while you smoke. Diffrentiate yourself between Thinking and Acting. Don't act while you plan. Don't plan while you act. Obviously, we will drink water, only after eating. We will miss the taste or involvement of one, if we try concentrate on either. The worst thing in too much of thinking is that we'll lose the present world. We may not be able to taste the tea infront of us, if we think about Tomorrow's Party.

Involvement breaks the fate, many of us unware. Center of gravity does have a power that fringes all over the world. Our body will attract and observe the earth's power every second. If we do something without involvement, we will lose the connectivity to center of gravity. Once we lose the connectivity, we are in the hands of destiny. Literally to say, involvement breaks the destiny that brings you Control and happiness in life. Experience and Enjoy the Feel.

Maruti Comes Out with its Brand New Wagon R

Good News for all the Car Lovers. Maruti Launches its New Model Wagon R by today. The First model of Wagon R was launched in 2000. The redesigned new model was launched today (April 23, 2010) to the peoples. Maruti has invested some hundred crores from the company level for their R&D work and Nearly 300 crores invested by their suppliers to make it available in the market.

The vehicle can be only used with Gasoline. They haven't changed the old model, but they have made a complete redesign of the same and made much more comfortable for their customers whom would like to buy it. The vehicle is priced between 3.5 to 4 Lakhs on road. The Gas capacity comes at 60 litres and is fuel economic.

The problem with Wagon R old model is visibility of road while driving, interior space, and seating comfort. We hope they have rediscovered a vehicle sorting the old problems. Anyway, We will see how it performs on road...

Hi friends, today i come cross a site while browsing in the domain name of http://www.rajinikanth.com. It was very interesting and informative. The site tells us the Top to Bottom, history of the Superstar to the Current news about the star. It not only tells his views about the film industry, but also expresses about the personal life of the star. The site tells us about his career, how many films, superstar has acted so far and how many days the film has ran and even in which theater. It also has a theater database about the star.

Interestingly, the site does have a Songs list for each film and about the singers who has done the song. The only thing missing what i feel is the download options for the songs, if it so it will be quite enjoyable to download the same simultaneously.
